Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Hello Adorn pieces as much as we loved making them. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn, original condition items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your jewelry in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our studio receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
